The color compensation method comprises: detecting the aging degree of the WOLED device, and determining aging degree data of the WOLED device; comparing the aging degree data with a pre-stored compensation proportion database, and determining a compensation proportion corresponding to the aging degree data; and compensating the WOLED device according to the determined compensation proportion. Compared with the white balance compensation adopting a fixed compensation proportion in the prior art, the method of detecting the aging degree of the current WOLED device and compensating with the corresponding compensation proportion according to the aging degree of the current WOLED can realize accurate color compensation and improve the compensation accuracy, thus realizing white balance accurate compensation of the WOLED device under different aging degrees.
