The light emitting diode driver is used in a light emitting diode lamp tube; the light emitting diode lamp tube comprises a light emitting diode group, and is associated to a stabilizer in operation; the light emitting diode driver comprises an AC-DC conversion module and a DC-DC conversion module; the AC-DC conversion module is suitable for being coupled to the stabilizer to receive an alternating current voltage output, converting the voltage output into a direct current intermediate voltage, and enabling the intermediate voltage to be not higher than a preset voltage limited value; and the DC-DC conversion module is coupled to the AC-DC conversion module to receive the intermediate voltage, and is also suitable for being coupled to the light emitting diode group and converting the middle intermediate voltage into an output voltage which is used for driving the light emitting diode group and is in direct current form. Therefore, the intermediate voltage is not higher than the voltage limited value; and the light emitting diode driver can be coupled to the stabilizer without being damaged caused by the operation of the stabilizer.
