Embodiment Construction

[0018] The invention is a welding-free, replaceable COB module connector, such as Figures 1 to 4 As shown, it includes a housing composed of a body 1 and an upper cover 2. On the body 1, there is a recess 11 for accommodating the COB module 3; on the housing, there are respectively provided positive and negative wires 4, 5 inserted into the wire jack 6; a pair of conductive sheets 7 are provided in the housing, and the pair of conductive sheets 7 are respectively provided with holes for clamping the positive and negative lead wires 4, 5 inserted from the wire jack 6. The elastic clip 71 and the conductive shrapnel 72 (which can not only compress the COB module, but also transmit electricity to the COB power supply), for this reason, the clip hole of the elastic clip 71 is facing the wire jack; the conductive shrapnel 72 and the assembly The conductive contacts 31 of the COB module 3 in the recess 11 of the body 1 are in contact, so that the current applied to the positive and...

Abstract

A welding-free connector allowing a COB module to be replaced comprises a shell composed of a body and an upper cover. Wire insertion holes are formed in the shell, wherein positive electrode wires and negative electrode wires are inserted into the wire insertion holes correspondingly. A pair of conducting plates is arranged in the shell. Each conducting plate is provided with elastic clamps and a conducting elastic sheet which are used for clamping the positive electrode wires inserted from the wire insertion holes and the negative electrode wires inserted from the wire insertion holes. The conducting elastic sheets make contact with conducting contacts of the COB module installed in a concave site of the body. A through hole is formed in the upper cover, wherein light rays emitted by a COB light source of the COB module conduct outgoing from the through hole. In this way, it is not needed to weld the positive electrode wires and the negative electrode wires to the conducting contacts of the COB module, when the COB module is burned out and needs maintenance, the positive electrode wires and the negative electrode wires are pulled out, the connector is detached, and then the COB module can be replaced; therefore, when the welding-free connector allowing the COB module to be replaced is used, the COB module does not need to be welded and can be replaced; and hence, the structure of the welding-free connector allowing the COB module to be replaced is more reasonable, maintenance of the COB module is convenient, and the use cost of a lamp provided with the COB module is reduced for a user.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a connector for accommodating COB modules. Background technique [0002] The COB module we often see is to paste a COB light source on an aluminum substrate or a ceramic substrate, and there are two electrical contacts on the substrate. The connector currently used to place the COB module, when in use, after welding two wires on the COB module, then press the connector tightly and screw on the screw to fix the connector to the lamp body. With this structure, once the COB burns out, the user has no way to replace it except for professionals. At this time, the entire lamp can only be scrapped, resulting in high costs for the user when using the COB lamp. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art and provide a welding-free and replaceable connector with a more reasonable structure and convenient maintenance of the COB module, which reduces the cost o...
