Abstract

The invention relates to a high-temperature abrasion resistant metal sealing electric control ball valve comprising a valve body, a valve seat and a ball body. The outer circular face of the valve seat is composed of two outer cylindrical faces with the different diameters. The diameter of the outer cylindrical face of the sealing face side of the valve seat is larger than that of the outer cylindrical face of the other side of the valve seat. The two outer cylindrical faces with the different diameters are in motive seal fit with the inner wall of a valve body channel. A pressure control cavity is formed between radial steps between the two outer cylindrical faces and radial steps of the valve body channel and connected with a pressure control mechanism through a pressure pipeline. The pressure control mechanism is composed of a piston control mechanism and an electrical control circuit. When the valve is opened or closed, negative pressure is produced in the pressure control cavity, and the valve seat retracts into the pressure control cavity. After the valve is opened or closed in position, pressure is injected to the pressure control cavity, and the valve seat is pushed out of the pressure control cavity to be in compaction seal fit with the ball body.
