[0015] The tested varieties were 2 non-herbicide-resistant japonica rice varieties (Huaidao 5 and Huaidao 119) and three new methazepam-resistant germplasms (T1, T2, T3). Choose 2 portions of plump rice seeds for each variety, 100 grains per portion, put them into white sulfuric acid paper bags, and seal them with a stapler or paper clip. One was immersed in the dilute solution of the herbicide methazapyr, and the other was soaked in water as a control. Germination rate was counted after sowing and germination (Table 1), and the results showed that after soaking the seeds with the diluted solution of memazazole, the germplasm germplasm rates of T1, T2, and T3 were above 85%, which was the same as that after seed soaking in clear water (CK). The germination rates of Huaidao 5 and Huaidao 119 varieties were 2% and 0% after soaking with imazethapyr, respectively, and the germination rates of the control reached 96% and 95%, respectively. It showed that the herbicide-resistant va...
