The insole comprises a toe portion, a sole portion, and a heel portion. The first sensor is arranged in the heel portion, the second sensor is arranged on one side of the sole portion, the third sensor is arranged on the other side of the sole portion, and the fourth sensor is arranged in the toe portion. Pressure data when a person walks is calculated and obtained through the four sensors arranged in the toe portion, the sole portion, and the heel portion respectively, and then the gait phase of the person is calculated according to the pressure data.
