Abstract

The invention provides a stacking method based on transversal movement of a stacker. The stacking method based on transversal movement of the stacker comprises the steps that according to a planned stacking route, in a planned rectangular stacking area, stacking of a first material pile is started first from the position close to the outer side of a storage yard and with a cart position at the front; the stacker is transversally moved toward the inner side of the storage yard to the next stacking point after the predetermined height of the material pile is reached; after the predetermined height of the second material pile is reached, the stacker is continuously and transversally moved to the next stacking point till reaching the last stacking point of the column; and then a cart is individually operated and transferred to the next column of stacking points, the stacker moves transversally in the direction opposite to transversal moving direction of the last column till reaching the next stacking point, and the process is repeated until stacking is finished. According to the stacking method based on transversal movement of the stacker, by adopting the mode that the stacker stacks materials according to columns, as long as enough spaces are reserved while a site is planned, after stacking is finished, stacking of the other batches can be conducted on vacant sites, and site spaces cannot be wasted. Moreover, planning of the site is simple, and generally, one-time planning is enough.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of automatic control, in particular to a stacking method based on the transverse motion of a stocker. Background technique [0002] In the prior art, a stacker is a lifting transport machine that transfers bulk materials (coal, iron ore, etc.) from the ground process belt and stacks them on the wharf yard according to certain regulations. Since the 21st century, the stockpiling equipment in dockyards at home and abroad has developed rapidly. [0003] The traditional stacker stacking generally uses the stacker to move along the direction of the cart track first to switch the stacking point (row stacking method), and only when it reaches the boundary position of the planning area can the rotation angle be changed and switch to the next row of stacking material. After the first stacking point in the next line reaches the predetermined height of the stacking, only the position of the cart is moved to switch to...
