Effective active components comprise a first active component, namely, picarbutrazox and one of second active components, namely, strobilurin bactericides including coumoxystrobin, famoxadone and fenamidone, and the weight ratio of the first active component to the second active component is 1:80-60:1, preferably(1:60)-(40:1). The composition can be prepared in forms of agriculturally allowable wettable powder, water dispersible granules, suspending agents, suspension emulsions, emulsions in water, microemulsions, microcapsule suspending agents, microcapsule suspension-suspending agents, dispersible oil suspending agents and dry suspending agents. The composition comprises reasonable components and has a good sterilization effect, the activity and the sterilization effect of the composition are not simple superposition of the activity of the components, and compared with an existing single preparation, the composition has the significant sterilization effect, has the significant synergistic effect and is safe to crops.
