[0002] During the firing process of ceramics, because the kiln contains a variety of color elements, after oxidation or reduction, the porcelain may show unexpected glaze color effects after it comes out of the kiln. At first, because people could not predict the occurrence of kiln changes, the situation of kiln changes was once regarded as an ominous phenomenon
With the deepening of people's understanding of the kiln, the beauty of the defects of the kiln has gradually gained people's love. The defects caused by the kiln fire on the glaze surface are endless after a long time.
And it is precisely because the kiln-transformed glaze is affected by many uncontrollable factors such as raw materials and temperature, so the yield rate is not high and the kiln-transformed effect is unstable.
Porcelain with golden glaze effect is even rarer in the market at present, and it is difficult to meet the growing demand of consumers

Abstract
The invention relates to spun gold glaze which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 9-13 parts of peat soil, 7-12 parts of Yusi soil, 10-15 parts of Zhangzhou soil, 2-4 parts of sphene, 8-13 parts of corallite, 9-12 parts of quartz stones, 17-22 parts of sodium porcelain sand, 17-23 parts of rutile, 16-19 parts of actinolite, 5-8 parts of igneous rocks, 4-7 parts of xiuyan jade, 9-13 parts of olivine and 5-9 parts of vanadium dioxide. A manufacturing method comprises the following steps: grinding the raw materials and water in the ratio of 1:0.7, sieving through a 300-mesh sieve, glazing on a ceramic body, putting into a kiln for baking for 4-6 hours under the oxidizing atmosphere at 1100-1250 DEG C, reducing the temperature to 980-1080 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours, transferring into a reducing atmosphere, increasing the temperature to 1230-1320 DEG C and firing for 2-3 hours, cooling to 1050-1120 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours and finally naturally cooling. The prepared art porcelain product is characterized by bright surface, smooth hand feel, golden yellow glaze surface, irregular golden silk grains and ultrahigh decorative effect.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of ceramics, in particular to a gold thread glaze and a method for making artistic porcelain using it. Background technique [0002] During the firing process of ceramics, because the kiln contains a variety of color elements, after oxidation or reduction, the porcelain may show unexpected glaze color effects after it comes out of the kiln. At first, because people could not predict the occurrence of kiln changes, the situation of kiln changes was once regarded as an ominous phenomenon. With the deepening of people's understanding of the kiln, the beauty of the defects of the kiln has gradually gained people's love. The defects caused by the kiln fire on the glaze will make people have endless aftertaste after a long time.
