The invention provides a portrait color conversion method and a portrait color conversion system. The portrait color conversion method comprises the steps that portrait macro-blocks are acquired from an original image and a target image according to a received portrait color conversion command; each feature point in the original image and the target image is clustered to the portrait macro-block closest to the corresponding feature point according to a clustering formula in a feature space, wherein feature vectors of the feature space include an R vector, a G vector and a B vector in an RGB color space and an alpha vector and a beta vector in a tau-alpha-beta color space; and portrait color conversion is performed on the original image according to a clustering result and a predetermined color conversion formula to obtain a conversion result image. Through the technical scheme, during portrait color conversion, the alpha vector and the beta vector in the tau-alpha-beta color space are added into the feature vectors in the clustering process to reduce influences of brightness on clustering, and therefore the conversion effect is optimized.
