Abstract

The invention aims to disclose an oscillating type ball grinder. The oscillating type ball grinder comprises a ball grinder base and a small grinding tank. A vertical fixed frame is arranged in the center of the ball grinder base and is provided with an oscillating device used for oscillating vibration grinding. The oscillating device comprises a balance supporting rod and an eccentric wheel mechanism. The balance supporting rod penetrates a vibration hole of the vertical fixed frame for connection. The two ends of the balance supporting rod are connected with the small grinding tank and a fixed rotary shaft seat mechanism correspondingly. The eccentric wheel mechanism is fixed to the position, under the balance supporting rod, of the ball grinder base. When a drive motor is adopted for rotating at a high speed, eccentric rotary motion is driven; a grinding ball in the small grinding tank is used in cooperation to do high-speed impact motion in the grinding tank, and therefore experimental samples in the grinding tank are crushed, and the experimental samples can be ground into the particle size needed for experiments more efficiently so as to adapt to small grinding machining; and waste of grinding raw materials is reduced, and the grinding cost is reduced.
