The in-field information processing computer detects and evaluates the various parameters through the built-in drug liquid pump working state online monitoring and evaluating module, the overflow device working state online monitoring and evaluating module, and the spray nozzle working state online monitoring and evaluating module and changes the control unit in real time to optimize and regulate the control parameters so as to improve the working quality. According to the invention, it is possible to carry out real-time evaluation on the drug administrating quality for PWM variable drug spraying, to match parameters in real time, and to achieve optimized regulations.
