The method specifically comprises the steps of customizing an android kernel based on an android operation system in an ARM framework, and adding mechanisms such as cgroup, namespace and the like necessary for container running; customizing a runnable container running in the ARM framework; realizing a container management tool running in the android system, thereby facilitating container running and management; and substituting the compiled android kernel into the android device, transplanting the runnable container created by x86 to the android device, and realizing successful and stable running of the container in the android device by utilizing the container management tool. For container running conditions, the android kernel is re-customized and compiled, and the runnable container in the ARM framework is customized to support operation system level virtualization in the android device.
