The method comprises following steps: the wellhead pressure of the gas well is converted to the bottom hole pressure of the gas well and a gas well productivity equation is established according to the flow pressure conversion formula; the steady flow pressure is determined according to the gas testing system, and the stable gas production is determined by the steady flow pressure and the productivity equation; according to recoverable reserves and development period of the gas well and the stable gas production, a development cycle model of a gas well is established to determine the predicted stable production of the gas well; gas well production test is carried out according to the predicted stable production and the predicted stable production is adjusted to determine the actual stable production. The wellhead pressure of the gas well is converted to the bottom hole pressure of the gas well and the gas well productivity equation is established; the stable production is determined by means of the productivity equation and the development cycle model of the gas well; therefore, the predicted productivity of the gas well determined by the method is close to actual production so as to increase the practicality and reliability of the method.
