According to the layered fracturing and sand control method, the oil reservoir is divided into the first permeability oil reservoir and the second permeability oil reservoir, and layered fracturing and sand control is conducted on the first permeability oil reservoir and the second permeability oil reservoir, by combining of pitching temporary plugging and fracturing sand control, the oil reservoir with low permeability is fractured and filled with a corresponding sand-control support agent, and the fracturing and sand control effects of the oil reservoir with low permeability are improved; meanwhile, the reservoir with high permeability can be filled effectively through a sand control agent, and the difference of permeability between layers is balanced; and in a zone near a well, a large thickness sand retaining well wall is formed, a high conductivity oil flow channel is established, the fracturing and sand control effects are improved, and the production efficiency of the oil well is improved.
