The interference coordination method comprises that whether inter-device interference exists between uplink and downlink transmission of the user equipment (UE) in the two frequency bands is judged; and if it is determined that the UE has inter-device interference between uplink and downlink transmission of the two frequency bands, in a time interval during which the UE is scheduled to send uplink transmission in at least one frequency band of two frequency bands, the sending of downlink scheduling information of one frequency band is sopped to the UE or in a time interval in which the UE is scheduled to send uplink transmission in at least one frequency band of two frequency bands, a blank subframe or a quasi-blank subframe is sent to the UE, or in a time interval of sending downlink scheduling information of one frequency band to the UE, the sending of the uplink scheduling information of at least one frequency band in two frequency bands to the UE is stopped.
