The containing part is located between the light sensing part and the second substrate. The containing part comprises a containing space and an opening. The opening faces the light sensing part. When the distance between the first substrate and the second substrate changes, the containing part changes the containing degree for the light sensing part, and light rays received by the light sensing part is changed; the light sensing part changes the resistance value and outputs different sensing signals by sensing the changes of the light rays received by the light sensing part. The containing part amplifies the changes of the light rays at the position where the light sensing part is located, and the detection sensitivity of the detector is improved.
