Embodiment Construction

[0034] The present invention will be described below in connection with an exemplary communication system.

[0035] The task of entity alignment can be defined as for two given knowledge graphs KG 1 and KG 2 . KG i =(E i , R i ,T i ) where E i , R i ,T i Represents the collection of entities, relations, and triples in the knowledge graph (because the number of relations is often small, in the following discussion, we think that the relations have been aligned, and we no longer distinguish R 1 , R 2 Use R uniformly). We know some synonymous entity pairs consisting of entities from two different knowledge graphs That is, according to the set of aligned seed entity pairs, e 1 , e 2 is the aligned seed entity pair, e 1 , e 2 are respectively in KG 1 and KG 2 The meaning is the same, in order to align KG 1 and KG 2 In addition to the entities in the set of seed entities, the present invention discloses an entity alignment method, see figure 1 , including the ...

Abstract

The invention provides an entity alignment method and device. The method and device aim to solve the problem that traditional knowledge alignment method usually requires cumbersome manual labor or elaborate manual construction. The method comprises the steps of acquiring vector representations of entities in a first knowledge graph and vector representations of the entities in a second knowledge graph separately, binding vector representations, with the same meanings, of the entities in the first knowledge graph and the second knowledge graph according to an input alignment seed entity pair set so as to acquire a third knowledge graph, performing iterative calculation of the similarity among the vector representations of the entities according to the third knowledge graph, the vector representations of the entities in the first knowledge graph and the vector representations of the entities in the second knowledge graph, in the process of iterative calculation, if the distance between a certain pair of vector representations of the entities is less than a threshold, adding the entity corresponding to the pair of vector representations to the third knowledge graph until the number of entities in the third knowledge graph is no longer increased. The entity alignment method and device are good in practicality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to computer technology, in particular to an iterative entity alignment model. Background technique [0002] People extract a large amount of information on the Internet and add it to knowledge bases in different single domains or open domains. These knowledge bases often have different structures, but they also have some common properties. [0003] The knowledge base usually consists of some entity sets E, relation sets R and triple sets T, namely KG=(E, R, T). The entity set often contains some distinguishable and independent things in the objective world, such as "Earth", "China", "Mount Everest" and so on. The relationship set is to describe the internal connection between entities, such as "is a citizen of...", "born in..." and so on. A triple describes the direct relationship between an entity and an entity, that is, The elements in this set should be real knowledge in the objective world, such as ("Barack Obama", "is ...
