The mechanical type forced levelling device comprises forced levelling mechanisms arranged on a lifting carrying frame of the lifting carrier and a plurality of levelling seat assemblies arranged on a fixed steel framework of a parking garage. The forced levelling mechanisms comprise levelling shaft sets and rotating driving executing mechanisms. Each levelling shaft set comprises a vertical mandrel arranged on the lifting carrying frame, a rotating shaft sleeve rotatably arranged on the vertical mandrel and a radial force-bearing shaft which is arranged on the rotating shaft sleeve and radially extends along the vertical mandrel. The rotating driving executingmechanisms are used for driving the radial force-bearing shafts to rotate around the vertical mandrels. Each levelling seat assembly comprises at least one levelling seat provided with a limiting groove matched with a supporting bearing.
