Abstract

The four-rotor-based fan blade detection device comprises a parallel crawling mechanism, a four-rotor flight system, a vacuum adsorption system, a detection device and a control system. The parallel crawling mechanism comprises a movable platform, push rods and a static platform, and the push rods are connected with the movableplatform and the static platform through universal joints. The four-rotor flight system comprises rotor motors, rotor motors supporting pillars, electronic speed adjusters, a flight control system and a power supply system. The vacuum adsorption system comprises suction cups, an air path, an electromagnetic valve and a vacuum pump and is used for providing adsorption force. The detection device comprises micro-cameras, ultrasonic flaw detection probes and a support for fixing the ultrasonic flaw detection probes and connected with a lower platform battery panel. The control system is an embedded system and is used for controlling the whole system to operate cooperatively.
