Abstract

The invention discloses a software product maturity evaluation method. The method comprises the steps that a plurality of subfactors are extracted in the research and development process of a softwareproduct; at least three levels of evaluation standards are established for evaluation essentials of the plurality of subfactors, and then a maturity level value matrix P of the various subfactors isobtained according to the standards; an association matrix C is built according to the associativity among the subfactors; and then a maturity comprehensive level value L of the software product is calculated according to the formula of W=C*P. According to the method, the final maturity comprehensive level value of the software product is more scientifically and reasonably solved by means of preliminary evaluation on the development maturity of the plurality of subfactors of the software product according to the association matrix relation among the various subfactors by utilizing a weighted average method of linear algebra, therefore, the maturity comprehensive level value is more close to the true condition of the maturity of the software product, the method is beneficial for research and improvement of the software product, and the maturity of the software product is promoted.
