The application discloses a tunnel blasting
block size in-situ real-time detection method based on video measurement, which is realized through the following steps: installing a camera and a high-strength
light source on a cab, a boom and a bucket lever of a slagging
excavator and matchingly configuring; using an
azimuth sensor, a calibration plate and tunnel contour information to complete
system calibration; automatically collecting blasting
pile change video in the slagging process; screening typical frame sections through a
change detection algorithm and marking change types and space-
time information; restoring disturbed rock
mass based on the marked information and combining with the excavating
exposure sequence to construct a multi-layer three-dimensional form model of the blasting
pile from the surface to the inside; and finally extracting
block size grading curves, rock
mass spatial distribution and blasting
pile shape information. The
system correspondingly comprises a camera, a
light source, analysis
processing and calibration components and the like. The application solves the problems of the prior art, such as difficulty in obtaining the internal
block size of the blasting pile, poor detection timeliness, insufficient environmental adaptability and the like, and realizes automatic, real-time and comprehensive detection of the tunnel blasting in-situ block size.
