The application discloses a tunnel blasting block size in-situ real-time detection method based on video measurement, which is realized through the following steps: installing a camera and a high-strength light source on a cab, a boom and a bucket lever of a slagging excavator and matchingly configuring; using an azimuth sensor, a calibration plate and tunnel contour information to complete system calibration; automatically collecting blasting pile change video in the slagging process; screening typical frame sections through a change detection algorithm and marking change types and space-time information; restoring disturbed rock mass based on the marked information and combining with the excavating exposure sequence to construct a multi-layer three-dimensional form model of the blasting pile from the surface to the inside; and finally extracting block size grading curves, rock mass spatial distribution and blasting pile shape information. The system correspondingly comprises a camera, a light source, analysis processing and calibration components and the like. The application solves the problems of the prior art, such as difficulty in obtaining the internal block size of the blasting pile, poor detection timeliness, insufficient environmental adaptability and the like, and realizes automatic, real-time and comprehensive detection of the tunnel blasting in-situ block size.

Method for varying physical properties in 3d-printed products

The present technology provides methods for varying physical properties in 3D printed products from a single resin composition, a single printing process, and a single curing process. An image stack used during the 3D printing process controls the position and intensity of light administered by a light source. The image stacks control an intensity of light to be used on different regions of the resin pool at different points in time to induce higher levels of polymerization in certain regions and lower levels of polymerization in other regions. Regions exposed to higher intensities of light will achieve a higher percent cure compared to regions exposed to lower intensities of light. The higher percent cure in a given region in a product will result in different physical properties after a post-print curing process when compared to a given region in the product with a lower percent cure.

For example, the molded article can include a facing surface and the pattern can cover greater than about 10%, such as greater than about 30% of the surface area of the facing surface. The pattern can be formed using high intensity light that reacts with an additive contained in the polymer composition used to form the article. The resulting pattern can not only have a unique and distinctive appearance but can also improve one or more properties of the molded article, such as the tactile feel of the article.
