The preparing process includes the steps that 50-60 parts of waste snake house packing, 25-40 parts of chinese mesona herb residues, 10-25 parts of manioc residues, 10-20 parts of straw pellets, 5-10 parts of ramulus mori pellets, 3-8 parts of cob residue pellets and 3-5 parts of bagasse pellets are weighed by weight; the raw materials are mixed uniformly to obtain a premix compound; mixed bacteria are added into the premix compound; the premix compound and the mixed bacteria are mixed uniformly and then putinto a tunnel fermenting kiln to conduct fermentation; pasteurization is conducted on the premix compound obtained after fermentation to obtain culture material; the culture material obtained after pasteurization is placed in a edible fungi cultivation shed to be cooled to 25 DEG C or below, edible fungus strains are planted to conduct edible fungus cultivation; after edible fungus cultivation isfinished, masson pine branch and leaf pellets are added, the mixture is placed for one week or more and turned then to obtain the masson pine seedling culture medium.
