The implementation process of the method of the invention includes the following steps that: the polarization image and depth information of an object to be reconstructed are obtained; registered depth information is obtained; the polarization degree of the object to be reconstructed is calculated; the incident azimuth and incident angle of incident light on the surface of the object to be reconstructed are calculated; the components of the polarization surface normal of the object to be reconstructed in an x-axis direction and a y-axis direction are calculated; direction correction is performed on the components of the polarization surface normal of the object to be reconstructed in the x-axis direction and y-axis direction by using the depth information; and surface integration is performed on the corrected components of the polarization surface normal of the object to be reconstructed in the x-axis direction and y-axis direction, so that the three-dimensional information of the object to be reconstructed is obtained.
