Benefits of technology

This new technology improves how far outfeedings are taken by littermates during their first few months after birth compared to older methods that took them for more time before they were able to produce milk or become sick from lacked ingredients like vitamins.

Problems solved by technology

This patents discusses how the technical issue addressed in this patented text relates to reducing or preventing excessive consumption of fodder cropping caused by lack of adequacy supply from mothers due to insufficiency in cowfeed ingestion (fattenliness) with regard to breastfeeage and disease suppression measures. Current methods involve adding chemical agents like sulfur dioxide into ruminants before they enter the stomach where they live. However, these treatments often result in reduced fertility rates and increased risk of illnesses associated therewith. There needs better ways to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of nurturing young crop producers without compromising their wellbeing status.

Embodiment 1

[0028] Example 1 Preparation method of fermented corn and soybean meal mixed feed

[0029] Take 1Kg of soybean meal powder and add 100Kg of water at about 90°C, filter with 8 layers of medical gauze or take the supernatant, add 500g of brown sugar and 100g of salt to the filtrate, and then add it in two equal portions. Take a portion of the culture solution and cool it to 37°C, and add 240 g of plant lactobacillus powder. Sealed and kept standing for about 3 hours to obtain the fermentation seed liquid of plant lactobacillus. Take another part of the culture solution and cool it to 37°C, and add 700 g of Bacillus subtilis powder. Stir every 15 minutes, and after 3 hours of cultivation, the fermentation seed liquid of Bacillus subtilis is obtained. Mix the activated bacteria liquid with 200Kg of clean water at 40°C in a barrel. Take 280Kg of corn, 280Kg of soybean meal and 140Kg of bran raw materials, put the above-prepared fermented seed liquid into the compound feed, and mix ...

Embodiment 2

[0034] Example 2 A feed for lactating sows is made by replacing 7.5% corn + 1.5% fermented soybean meal with 7.5% fermented mixed feed + 1.5% soybean oil

[0035] The formula of the improved lactation sow diet of the present invention is:

[0036] 7.5% fermented mixed feed, 52.5% corn, 8% dehulled soybean meal, 11% expanded soybean, 3.5% fermented soybean meal, 3% alfalfa meal, 3% fish meal, 1.5% soybean oil, 3.8% Yeast hydrolysate, 0.2% soda, 0.4% salt, 0.6% stone powder and 5% premix are put into a mixer and fully stirred to obtain a lactation sow feed with a fermented mixed feed content of 7.5%.

Embodiment 3

[0037] Example 3 A lactation sow feed made of 15% fermented mixed feed + 3% soybean oil instead of 15% corn + 3% fermented soybean meal

[0038] The formula of the improved lactation sow diet of the present invention is:

[0039] 15% fermented mixed feed, 45.0% corn, 8.0% dehulled soybean meal, 11% expanded soybean, 2% fermented soybean meal, 3% alfalfa meal, 3% fish meal, 3.0% soybean oil, 3.8% Yeast hydrolysate, 0.2% soda, 0.4% salt, 0.6% stone powder and 5% premix are put into a mixer and fully stirred to obtain a lactation sow feed with a fermented mixed feed content of 15%.

Abstract

The invention discloses fermented feed for improving productivity of sows as well as a preparation method and application of the fermented feed. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing fermentation raw materials; (2) preparing an activation culture medium, wherein the mass M of the activation culture medium is 10-15% of the total mass of the fermentation raw materials;taking 2-2.4% M of soybean meal powder and adding a right amount of water, filtering to take clear liquid, adding 1-1.6% M of brown sugar, adding 0.1-0.14% M of table salt, and supplementing water toobtain the activation culture medium; (3) carrying out activated fermentation on a seed solution, and inoculating; (4) bagging and fermenting: putting the obtained feed into an anaerobic breathing bag, wherein the feed in the bag can be used when the pH value is reduced to 4.2. The fermented mixed feed is used for improving the productivity of the lactating sows and progeny growth; the maize in daily ration of the lactating sows is replaced with the same mass of the fermented mixed feed. The fermented feed provided by the invention can obviously increase the feed intake and nutrient digestibility of the lactating sows, increases the milk yield of the lactating sows and the IgA content in the milk, improves the weaning weight gain of piglets, and reduces the diarrhea rate of the piglets, thus providing a new way for nutrition regulation of the sows bred in a non-resistant way.
