Abstract

On the basis of a principle of a mathematical morphology filtering method, baseline drift is removed; in the process of filtering out the baseline drift, erosion operation, dilation operation, opening operation and closing operation are mainly used; the most basic concept of mathematical morphology is a structural element equivalent to a probe which is constantly moved for matching; under the situation that the data amount is not large, the baseline drift can be removed quickly and thoroughly, and signals with the frequency about 10 Hz are removed by a Butterworth filter.
