The invention provides a vehicle wheel shaft multi-point temperature measuring device and method based on visible lights and infrared multi-spectrum; the device comprises an infrared multi-spectrum sensor set, a linear array visible light sensor and a spectrum thermometric indicator; the linear array visible light sensor is used for scanning target areas to which to-be-tested temperature target points are located on a vehicle wheel shaft, thus obtaining visible light images of target areas; the infrared multi-spectrum sensor set comprises a plurality of infrared multi-spectrum sensors arrangedside by side; each infrared multi-spectrum sensor is used for locating a single to-be-tested temperature target point according to the target area visible light image, and gathering the infrared multi-spectrum radiation intensity data of said target point; the spectrum thermometric indicator is used for obtaining the temperature of each target point according to the infrared multi-spectrum radiation intensity data gathered by the infrared multi-spectrum sensor set.
