Abstract

The circuit mainly comprises a reference source circuit, an error amplifier circuit, a resistive bleeder circuit, an RC filter circuit, a power tube network and an amplitude limiting circuit, wherein the power tube network consists of multiple small-size power tubes connected through transmission gates to form certain propagation delay, and the power tube network can reduce the variation amplitude of LDO output signals due to sudden change of output signals of an error amplifier; the amplitude limiting circuit consists of multiple diodes connected in series, is connected to an output end of the LDO and limits the amplitude of output of the LDO.
