Through the acceleration sensor installed on the back surface of clothes, back posture changes of a user can be sensed. Additionally, different breathing smoothness degrees of the user kept in an accurate sitting posture and in an inaccurate sitting posture can also be sensed. Through a display,trained sitting postures are displayed to the user. According to digital voltage signals collected by a gravitational acceleration sensor, a pre-saved detection model including a standard sitting posture, a humpback sitting posture, a higher left-shoulder sitting posture and a higher right-shoulder sitting posture is initially corrected. Features related to user breathing are subjected to clusteranalysis. During monitoring, collected digital voltage signals of acceleration sensor modules are inputted into two detection models in order to obtain sitting posture types. Through the accelerationsensor modules installed on a pen, posture changes of a hand can be sensed and posture changes of an arm can be calculated.
