The distribution method comprises the following steps: recording a response log by service resources, and recording the starting time and ending time of a service when the service is provided; monitoring a real server, acquiring a JVM running log, and recording the CPU (Central Processing Unit) usage rate of the JVM and the thread number of the JVM at a certain time point; collecting the response log and the running log, and inputting the logs into a database; periodically performing statistical analysis on the logs which are already input into the database according to time intervals, and performing statistics to obtain service response time delay, the CPU usage rate of the real server JVM and the thread number of the real server JVM; and optimizing distribution configuration of nginx according to a real-time log monitoring and analysis result. Through adoption of the method and the system, the processing capability of the real server is utilized fully, and the response speed of service resources is increased.
