Abstract

The invention relates to a universal designing, optimization and test method of an ultra-high frequency local discharging sensor. The method comprises steps of 1) determining a designing bandwidth ofthe sensor; 2) determining a sensor structure form capable of achieving the bandwidth; 3) carrying out simulation comparison analysis on processing material parameters of the sensor; 4) designing an impedance converter and determining parameters of the impedance converter; 5) determining the final value of all related parameters of the sensor so as to obtain a sensor whole model; 6) carrying out simulation verification on the sensor whole model; 7) selecting an emphasis parameter of a sensor physical model and using an apparatus to carry out parameter test; 8) using a discharging model to carry out performance test on the sensor physical model; 9) carrying out final test on the sensor physical model; and 10) by combining the simulation and test results in the above steps, summarizing optimized improving experience, thereby finishing the final sensor. According to the invention, the method is quite proper and universal, and problems in actual application are solved.
