The slide rail is arranged on the surface of the telescope supporting platform; the upper end of the telescope supporting rod isfixedly connected with the telescope, and the lower end of the telescope supporting rod is arranged on the slide rail and can slide along the slide rail; and the upper end of the platform bracket isconnected with the bottom of the telescope supporting platform, and the lower end of the platform bracket is rotatably connected to the base.
