The preparation process comprises the steps of heating and activating a mixture of the eucommia ulmoides oiland lacquer, dissolving a film-forming substance at a high temperature, performing catalysis by a catalyst under a negative pressure, performing flavoring by the plant essential oil, performing dilution by the diluent, and the like.
