Abstract

The invention discloses an oeogel composition containing tributyrin and phospholipid, relates to solidification of tributyrin, and belongs to the field of an animal feed additive. The composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10-70 parts of tributyrin, 0-60 parts of edible oil, 5-20 parts of phospholipid, 5-60 parts of glycerol monostearate, 1-30 parts of edible wax, and 1-30 parts of sorbitan monostearate. The composition is rich in tributyrin and phospholipid and is a main nutrient component. Gelata molecules in the composition are self-assembled to form a stable three-dimensional network structure, the tributyrin easy to flow is packed in the gelata molecules, so that the tributyrin loses fluidity and becomes a gelatin solid state, and the glyceryl tributyrate can be effectively solidified. The oleogel composition has the advantages of being low in production cost, green and pollution-free in making method, and free from discharge. Components in the composition are safe and edible, and are rich in nutrition. The solidifying content of the tributyrin is high, the oleogel composition is convenient to feed, and therefore, the oleogel composition hasgood popularization value.
