Abstract

The vibration exciter suspension device comprises a foundation, four universal wheels, four supporting seats, a counterweight block, a fixing block, a vertical shaft, a transverse shaft, an adjusting mechanism and multiple sleeves. Switching of the vibration exciter suspension device between a moving state to a stable state is realizedthrough the four universal wheels and the four supporting seats, so the vibration exciter suspension device can move to the proper place. Through adjusting a latching mechanism of the fixing block and loosening and turning the vertical shaft, rotation of a vibration exciter is realized, the vertical shaft is locked through the latching mechanism of the fixing block when the vertical shaft is turned to the proper angle; horizontal and vertical movement of the vibration exciter are realized through the adjusting mechanism. The vibration exciter suspension device is advantaged in that not only can a mounting platform be provided for the vibration exciter at different places, but also the excitation direction of the vibration exciter is guaranteed to be free, and use of the vibration exciterin a large-scale part modal test is greatly facilitated.
