[0029] A new type of SrTiO 3 / Cu 2 The preparation method of O junction composite nanomaterial comprises the following steps:

[0030] 1) Weigh 2.8422 g of (tetra)isopropyl titanate and dissolve in 24 ml of acetic acid solution, and keep stirring for 10 to 20 minutes, while adding 20 ml of deionized water;

[0031] Weigh 2.6662 g of strontium chloride hexahydrate and dissolve in 4 mol / l citric acid respectively, and stir for 10-20 minutes;

[0032] 2) Mix the (tetra)isopropyl titanate solution and the strontium chloride hexahydrate solution, stir evenly, adjust the pH to 3.5, heat to 90°C, keep the temperature for 3 hours, and then transfer to the reaction kettle;

Abstract

A novel preparation method of a SrTiO3/Cu2O junction composite nanomaterial comprises the following steps: dissolving titanium isopropoxide (tetraisopropyl titanate) and strontium chloride hexahydratewith acid, performing mixing, regulating pH to 3-4, heating up to 90 DEG C, and preserving the temperature for 3 h; then heating up to 400-500 DEG C, and preserving the temperature for 4-6 h; obtaining a SrTiO3 catalyst; at 35 DEG C, stirring copper acetate dihydrate to be dissolved in glycol methyl ether, performing stirring, performing ultrasonic treatment for 60 min, then adding a SrTiO3 catalyst, performing stirring, adding a sodium hydroxide solution, regulating pH to be 10-14, and performing stirring for 10 min at 50 DEG C; adding enough dextrose solution, and performing a reaction for1-1,5 h; and cooling to the room temperature, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain a solid precipitate which is the rTiO3/Cu2O junction composite nanomaterial. In a SrTiO3/Cu2O heterojunction composite catalyst, SrTiO3 and Cu2O form heterojunctions to facilitate application to electronics and holes. The heterojunction composite catalyst degrades organic dye wastewater under visible light, and particularly, the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of a methylene blue organic solution reaches 92%.
