An air inlet pathis connected with an air discharging path, the air discharging path is connected with a liquid storage chamber, a pressure regulating valve is positioned on the air inlet path, and a solenoid valve ispositioned between the air inlet path and the air discharging path to control the on-off of the air inlet path; and the liquid storage chamber is used for storing a liquid, the bottom of the liquid storage chamber is provided with a plurality of micro-pores, all nozzles of a nozzle array are connected with the micro-pores in the bottom of the liquid storage chamber, and after the solenoid valve is turned on for a period of time, the pressure in the liquid storage chamber is increased, and liquid droplets are squeezed out, and are sprayed from the nozzles of the nozzle array.
