The device further comprises a driving cylinder, end positioning supporting blocks and a pressing plate structure, wherein the end positioning supporting blocks are arranged on the vertical supporting plate, and connecting rod end positioning grooves are formed in the upper portions of the end positioning supporting blocks; the pressing plate structure comprises a big end pressing plate and asmall end pressing plate; the middles of both the big end pressing plate and the small end pressing plate are hinged to the vertical supporting plate; one end of the big end pressing plate corresponds to the big end of the connecting rod, one end of the small end pressing plate corresponds to the small end of the connecting rod, the other end of the big end pressing plate is connected with one end of an ejecting rod, the other end of the small end pressing plate is connected with one end of a driving rod, and the other end of the ejecting rod is connected with the other end of the driving rodthrough a connecting plate; and the connecting plate is connected with a piston rod of the driving cylinder.
