Abstract

The invention discloses a display panel and a display module. The display panel comprises an array substrate and a color-film substrate which are arranged oppositely, wherein the array substrate is provided with a first testing pad, a second testing pad, a first conductive portion, a first connecting pad and a first comb-like electrode, the first comb-like electrode is provided with multiple second connecting pads arranged in the first direction and is electrically connected with the first testing pad, and the first testing pad is electrically connected with the second testing pad. The color-film substrate is provided with a third connecting pad and a fourth connecting pad, wherein the third connecting pad is electrically connected with the first connecting pad, and the fourth connecting pad is electrically connected with one of the multiple second connecting pads. When the display panel is used, a resistance value between the first testing pad and the second testing pad is measured and is recorded as a first resistance value.
