Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, how to reasonably allocate storage space in the fishbone non-traditional layout three-dimensional warehouse has always been an important obstacle restricting its further promotion and application.
Unreasonable location allocation will not only fail to give full play to the advantages of the fishbone warehouse in terms of operational efficiency, but will also consume a lot of manpower, material resources and time costs

Abstract

A cargo distribution method for a fish-bone type stereoscopic warehouse is disclosed and comprises the following steps: in step S1, cargo spaces and cargo parameters are set; in step S2, particle positions and particle speed are initialized, and an initial particle swarm is generated in a zone; in step S3 fitness of each particle is evaluated; in step S4, an individual optimal value of each particle and a global optimal value are updated; in step S5, speed and positions of the particles are updated in an iterative manner; in step S6, whether updated positions of the particles are effective aredetermined; if yes, step S8 is carried out; if no, step S7 is carried out instead; in step S7, mutation operation is performed on the particles, and operation of returning to step S6 is performed; instep S8, a newly generated particle state after update are compared with a particle state before update, particles with large fitness are taken as initial particles for next generation update, and whether an algorithm termination iteration frequency is reached is determined; if yes, step S9 is performed; if no, step S3 is performed; in step S9, an optimal cargo space distribution solution is output. Optimal effects can be exerted in terms of warehouse input and output efficiency and shelf stability via the cargo distribution method disclosed in the invention.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of warehouse management, in particular to a method for allocating cargo space in a herringbone three-dimensional warehouse. Background technique [0002] With Germany's "Industry 4.0" and my country's "Smart Manufacturing 2025" plans successively proposed, smart factories, smart production, smart logistics, and the intelligence of the entire manufacturing supply chain have become hot spots in scientific research and practice. The warehousing management link has risen from an operational and auxiliary role that was not valued before to an important link in the business operation strategy and a source of profit for the company to gain a competitive advantage and reduce costs. At present, many warehouse management operations still rely on human subjective habits and historical experience, which not only wastes a lot of storage space, but also has low work efficiency. Therefore, how to enhance the int...
