The page turning module comprises a first page turning swing cylinder, a first page turning rod, a first sucker, a first turning-back prevention block and a first driving element, wherein the first page turning swing cylinder comprises a rotating shaft; the first page turningrod is mounted on the rotating shaft; the first sucker is mounted on the first page turning rod, and is connected with a pipeline; through air suction and release of the pipeline connected with the first sucker, the first sucker realizes suction and release operations of pages of certificates; the first turning-back prevention block is movably arranged on the frame; and the first driving element cooperates with the first turning-back prevention block, and is used for driving the first turning-back prevention block to move above overturned pages to prevent turning back of the overturned pages after overturning of the pages of the certificates by the first sucker.
