According to a polygonati officinalis planting method provided bythe invention, disinfection and sterilization treatment is carried out on the seeds so that germination is promoted and the germination rate is improved; in a growth process, a plurality of times ofpesticide application are carried out so that disease and insect pest spreading is prevented; and meanwhile, nutrients needed for the growth are ensured through reasonable fertilizer application and field management and the growth is promoted, so that the yield of the polygonati officinalis is greatly improved and the yield per mu reaches five thousand kilograms or more.
