Abstract

The invention discloses a reference current source of twice compensation low temperature floating. The reference current source specifically comprises a first compensation circuit and a second compensation circuit, after the first compensation is performed on the first compensation circuit by using a first PTAT current generation circuit and a first CTAT current generation circuit, a downwards concave parabola of a temperature characteristic of the reference current is obtained; meanwhile, after the second compensation is performed on the second compensation circuit by using a second PTAT current generation circuit and a second CTAT current generation circuit, a upwards convex parabola of a temperature characteristic of the reference current is obtained. Then, the reference currents of twochange trends generated by the first compensation circuit and the second compensation circuit are added to perform twice curvature compensation, so that the temperature characteristic curve of the reference currents outputted by the reference current source has two extreme values, and therefore the reference current source of a low temperature floating coefficient is obtained.
