The data transmission method comprises the steps of transmitting a working frequency band information list which is supported by the terminal and capability indicating information which represents whether the terminal supports data transmission and data receiving on the working frequency band in the working frequency band information list to the network-side equipment, wherein the working frequency band information list is used for determining the actual working frequency band of the terminal by the network-side equipment, and the capability indicating information is used for determining a scheduling strategy to the terminal by the network-side equipment; and when the terminal has a data service requirement, performing data transmission according to an actual working frequency band which is composed of at least one uplink frequency range and at least one downlink frequency range that are determined by the network-side equipment and scheduling information that corresponds with a scheduling strategy determined by the network-side equipment.
