Abstract

The invention discloses a transmission method based on a secondary level cache. The method comprises a step of receiving a file request instruction sent by a user, a step of obtaining a pre-requestedfile according to the file request instruction, a step of transmitting the pre-requested file to the user through a relay station when the pre-requested file is a first-type file, wherein the first-type file is a popular file which is stored in all relay stations and has a request frequency higher than a frequency threshold, a step of obtaining a relay station that has the pre-requested file whenthe pre-requested file is a second-type file and transmitting the pre-requested file to the user through the relay station that has the pre-requested file, wherein the second-type file is a sub-popular file which is stored in a part of relay stations and has a request frequency lower than the frequency threshold. The invention also discloses a transmission device based on a secondary level cache,terminal equipment and a storage medium, the overall data throughput is enhanced, and the system performance is enhanced.
