Abstract

The invention provides an inverter over-temperature protection control method, a control device and a control system thereof. The inverter comprises parallelly connected IGBT modules. The method comprises the steps of determining the temperature of each leg in each IGBT module which works currently; detecting whether the temperature of each leg is higher than a temperature protection threshold; ifnot, detecting whether the temperature of each leg is higher than an over-temperature reducing threshold; and if the temperature of at least one leg is higher than the over-temperature reducing threshold, performing power reduction processing on each IGBT module which works currently, wherein the temperature protection threshold is higher than the over-temperature reducing threshold. The inverterover-temperature protection control method, the control device and the control system according to the exemplary embodiment of the invention can perform over-temperature protection based on leg temperature change of each IGBT module in the modular inverter, thereby effectively improving power energy utilization rate.
