Effective active components comprise a first active component fluopyram and a secondactive component fenpyrazamine; a weight ratio of the first active component to the second active component is (1: 80) to (60: 1), preferably (1: 60) to (40: 1), and most preferably (1: 30) to (20: 1). The composition can be prepared into agriculturally permissible wettable powder, water dispersible granules, suspension, suspoemulsion, emulsion in water, microemulsion, capsule suspension, capsulesuspension-suspension agent, dispersible oil suspension agent and a dry suspension agent. The composition is reasonable in constitution and good in sterilization effect; furthermore, the activity andthe sterilization effect of the composition are not simply superposed by the activities of all the components. Compared with an existing single preparation, the fluopyram and fenpyrazamine-containingsterilization composition has an outstanding synergistic effect in addition to the outstanding sterilization effect, and is high in safety to crops.
