According to the method, statistics information of all flows in a network is collected through a controller,and a part of the flows is re-routed; the selected flows must meet the following two conditions, namely, limitation of flow table adding or time modification of an SDN switch can be met, and the maximum load of the whole network can be minimized; for the flows needing to be re-routed, routing update scheduling is performed, a target path of v0-vm is found, v0 is an ingress switch, and v1-vm is aninternal switch; the process from an initial route to the target route is that flow table item updating is firstly performed on the switch of v1-vm, and the flow table item updating is secondly performed on the ingress switch of v0.
