The device comprises a roller type conveying line, a motor, a foreign body detectorand a controller, wherein the roller type conveying line is connected with the motor; the foreign body detector is stretched across the upper surface of the roller type conveying line; the controlleris connected with both the roller type conveying line and the foreign body detector; the foreign body detector comprises an X-ray emitter and an X-ray receiver, and the X-ray emitter is relatively arranged above the X-ray receiver; the X-ray emitter is not in contact with the X-ray receiver; the controller comprises a data storage unit, a data comparison unit and a data output unit; and the datastorage unit, the data comparison unit and the data output unit are connected sequentially.
