Abstract

The invention relates to a building recognition method of a complex rock fracture model, which is based on ANSYS to import Flac3D via ProE. ANSYS can provide convenient high-quality meshing and Flac3Dhas very great ability to compute geotechnical engineering values, and however, both the two pieces of software have poor modeling capacity and cannot build complex models. ProE that has excellent modeling capacity is used to build a complex model herein in the early stage; ANSYS that has a great mesh processor is used to perform meshing in the middle stage; Flac3D is used to perform analog computation in the late stage. Advantages of the three pieces of software are complemented, their strong points are learned to offset their weak points, error-free linkage of ProE, ANSYS and Flac3D is achieved, great time and efforts that research technicians spend in studying complex FISH language in Flac3D are avoided, and the failure of building and meshing a complex model in geotechnical engineering problems is also avoided.
